The Multicultural Women’s Book Group (MWBG) of Dallas strives to create deeper understanding and connection among diverse women in our community. We come together every month to talk, eat, discuss interesting books about diverse life experiences, spend time and get to know one another as friends. We seek diversity in all its forms — race, ethnicity, age, culture, perspective, religion, sexual orientation, education . . . except gender. Sorry guys, we love you, but we have this idea that women are on the frontlines of creating relationship for themselves, their families and their communities so that’s where we start.
